I wouldn't take anything.
first i would check to make sure the previous looters had really gotten all alcohol and weapons, if there was a bar i might consider taking the bar stools, if they were nice, i would take the steering wheel, and if there was a nicer bed than the one on my pirate ship i would take that too, also i would see if they had any backups of any engine fluids, or any entertainment equipment
