nope. Khakis are actually a color. that brownish greenish tan. And can be made of a number of materials. They can also but cut in a number of ways, but are most likely a little dressier-flat or pleat fronted, smooth leg, not so baggy.
Cargo pants are a kind of cut. they are baggier with a number of pockets, usually about halfway down the thighs.
So while you can get Cargo pants that are also khaki- they just have to be in the right color range- and you might even make your school uniform code, the names refer to two different things.
khakis describe the color:

cargos are the style:

so if you got khaki cargos you should be good. unless they want specifics like khaki slacks or something.
probably, and probably not. it depends on what school you go to. In most private schools, they want you to look more in uniform, so cargos would most of the time won't work. If you go to a public school, you get a little more or alot more freedom of wearing what you want.
no, cargo pants come in other colors like black and brown, and they have a lot of pockets, under the uniform catagory the cargos with so many pockets probably wouldn't be allowed over plain khaki pants
Cargo pants are pants with pockets on the side. Khaki pants are a color of pants.
cargos have pockets everywhere=) and khaki pants just have the two pockets in front and two back pockets.
maybe??
khaki are generally a word to describe the color( aligt tan) while cargos are with alot of pockets.
uh khaki is a color u know and cargo is a type of pants as long as they r khaki u r fine
The only difference is the color. cargos are a little bit darker but thats it
no khakis are tan and cargos and ones with alot a pockets
