What countries are involved in the issues with the Somalian pirates(other than Somalia and u.s. cargo ships)?

%26amp; did barrack send troops to attack them also? What countries are involved in the issues with the Somalian pirates(other than Somalia and u.s. cargo ships)?
Most world powers have opted to send naval ships to patrol Somalian waters (United States, United Kingdom, China, Japan, Russia, Canada, France, Argentina etc.)

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon has ruled against sending a peacekeeping task force to Somalia, so no.What countries are involved in the issues with the Somalian pirates(other than Somalia and u.s. cargo ships)?
Pick any country that flags ships and those are the countries involved. However, unlike the US these other countries merely send cash to these muslim terrorist rather than dealing with them on a criminal basis.

In a way all these ';victim'; countries have encourage this criminal behavior. To the point that these criminal actually believe that they are running a business...

And as far as I know, No O'Bama has not 'sent' troops after them. That would take initiative and the Chicago community planner doesn't have much of that...
They Canadian Navy I believe helps to patrol the area in support of the American Navy. And it's not only US cargo ships. The only ones the American media cares about are the American ones. There are a lot of cargo ships from a lot of other countries that regularly get attacked by Somali pirates. I would hope Barack isn't sending troops to attack the Canadian Navy....
