How would I go about applying to fly cargo planes ( c-5 galaxy& c-17 globemaster 3 ) in the air force?

First you will need a commison and depending on your AFQOT scorces will determine if you have the apptitude to become a pilot. First and foremost you have to be an air force officer. (Apply to and attend ROTC or Air Force Academy) Then you have to apply to and be accepted to flight school. I believe to get to fly the aircraft of your choice, you have to graduate flight school in the top 10%. Otherwise you probably get what you're dealt.
